Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership in all execution related activities such as ensuring smooth order execution by adopting necessary controls, Training Assistant Merchandisers;
2. Identify and resolve problems quickly and cost effectively
3. Execute and follow purchase orders for on time shipment;
4. Contribute to building of the sourcing matrix and supplier alignment by product category;
5. Manage the costs: focus on both fixed costs and costs associated with the supply chain;
6. Monitor supplier performance.

Job Requirement:
1.Degree holder in business or garment related field is preferred;
2.Minimum 6 years of experience in footwear;
3.Knowledge of materials, product construction and production process lifecycle;
4.Able to identify creative alternative solutions to solve problems and meet product objectives in quality, delivery and price;
5.Demonstrate strong negotiation skills, especially with suppliers on product and price;
6.Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
7.Fluency in English and strong communication skills;
8.Ability to travel as required.
