职位描述：
1.检查考勤统计，汇总员工每月基本工资、绩效工资等薪酬数据；
2.跟踪、分析公司内部薪酬数据，收集市场薪酬信息，参与编制人力成本预算；
3.解决日常的薪酬福利问题，并提供支持和建议；
4.负责劳动合同签订及医疗报销；
5.完成主管交付的其他人事日常事务性工作；
职位要求：
1.大专以上学历，英语四级及以上；
2.2-3年以上相关工作经验，有大型制造公司经验优先；
3.与劳动社保部门有良好关系，善于沟通协调，有良好的沟通协调能力；
4.数字敏感度好，善于进行数据分析，熟练操作相关办公软件。
5.熟悉Cityray施特伟人力资源系统者优先考虑；
