Our UK based parent company Aykroyd & Sons Ltd are recognized as the leading supplier of children's licensed character merchandise into the UK, and are proud of our close working relationship with licensors and key personnel within the retail industry.
Our production facilities are based in China, we have many years experience of sourcing. As well as having a network of dedicated partners who produce for us, we own a first class printing plant in Rugao, Nantong. We have a large degree of flexibility enabling us to exactly meet the demands of our customers. We offer exceptional one-off designs and quality products with first class delivery.
Aykoryds (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd is looking for a;
Assistant Garment Trim Merchandiser
? Place and track trim order, Issue Label order form to supplier, responsible for trim order confirmation of garment trims, accessories, packaging materials. Follow up sampling and bulk approval independently.
? Distribute updated information to vendors on a daily basis to maintain accuracy of trims, size specifications, sketches/artwork and approval comments.
? Check and pre-approve sub-material cards from vendors, identifying missing items and rejects materials that are below standards prior to dispatch to customer. Give final approval independently for print quality, weave quality, size spec, design, position, etc.
? Monitor bulk production on scheduled delivery in timely manner regarding factory capabilities, lead times, first/last ex-factory date, etc. and inform the Merchandising team of any problems.
? Where necessary, support UK team to develop and source new trim development as per each customer's requirement. Make sure suppliers are able to support sample requirements. The candidate must be able to write and speak a good level of English.
