Principal responsibilities

70% on Infrastructure project coordination:



Representing infrastructure team to involve country or local level infrastructure project
Supporting Project Manager and local IS to work out proposal solution
Keeping eyes on global IS policy and infrastructure guideline compliance
Working with local IS and vendor on WAN/LAN debugging
Providing fist level support on critical network equipment
Taking ownership of infrastructure team's responsibility during whole project life cycle
Being part of membership and implementing global or regional level infrastructure project


30% on Infrastructure routine work:



Responsible data centre daily operation performance
Responsible data centre emergency issue tracking, solving and escalation;
Working with vendor on data centre scheduled maintenance and vulnerability finding
Providing second level support on local site network or server issue
Working closely with Helpdesk team and local IS staff to provide second level support on AD, Mail, infrastructure security
Ensuring data centre's backup and off-site storage to comply with backup procedure
Updating IS infrastructure management document according to technical change
Assisting Infrastructure Manager and Engineer on network or system trouble shooting


Required qualifications/experience

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System or related/equivalent field
At least 2 years helpdesk, IT system administration experience in multi-national company
Able to work with minimized supervising and self-motivated
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under high pressure
Good English communications skills-both verbal and written
