Quality
Responsibilities:
- Learn and follow company's standard operating procedure protocols
- Perform quality controls of samples in our Shanghai Office
- Coordinate with Sales Department to ensure customer specifications are met
- From times to times, perform audits and inspections in factories
Logistics Project follow-up
- Obtain export freight quotes for ocean and air freights, LCL and FCL; Compare received quotes considering different Incoterms, currencies, transit times etc.
- Follow-up shipments, ensure forwarders respect schedule and communicate it to relevant departments.
- Ensure proper documentation, including transit documents and customs clearances. Ensure documentation is accurately processed, distributed and released to forwarders, and customers in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- 2 years working experience in quality controls
- Strong communicating ability.
- Ability to keep accurate records & administrative duties.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Ability to communicate in basic spoken & written English
