Job Description

Main Responsibility:

1.Assist to set up credit control policies and procedures in order to minimize the company risk;

2.Developing strong relationships with both internal and external customers. Provide professional advice on customer evaluation, credit control and AR management;

3.Handle account receivable related works for BTHM BJ, BTHM TJ & BTMG China eg. invoice preparation, AR reconciliations, statement confirmation to ensure all invoices are sent to related party on time and follow up the confirmation on monthly basis;

4.Maintain the customer master in financial system;

5.Record bank income entries in financial system, monitor payments schedule;

6.AR aging regular report, work closely with internal and external partiers to monitor the overdue settlement;

7.Prepare monthly overdue customers summary report with reasons, action plan;

8.Responsible for daily AR accounting, include booking, voucher verification and the relevant tasks;

9.Responsible for official invoice issuing and filing of sales related documentations;

10.Responsible for maintaining of customer master information;

11.Be responsible for month-end / year-end closing, and make sure the accuracy and completeness of AR booking.

12.Responsible for month end closing of AR;

13.Assist in line manager for other related works according to the time-table and requirement.

14.Support external and internal auditors works if need;

15.Handle ad-hoc assignments which assign by manager from time to time

？Needed competencies:

- Broad exposure to various accounting functions and financial processes;

- SAP finance experience is required;

- Strong finance knowledge and be familiar with both PRC and IFRS;

- High integrity, be in initiative, positive working attitude;

- Strong responsibilities and be able to work under pressure;

- Good command of English, both oral and written

- Good interpersonal skills in handling both internal and external customers

？Education:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or accounting is preferred working experience;

- 3-5 years related working experience in credit control management

- ACCPAC or SAP processing experience is preferred
