Key Objectives, Tasks and Responsibilities of this position:

Support development in the prototype process:

? Review all versions of prototype samples and work with development team on risk assessment and issue the risk assessment comments report.

Ensure full QC review of SMS at factory:

? Review all versions of SMS samples and work with development team and issue the assessment comments report.

Sign off on Material Pre Production process and factory assessments.:

? Carryout the first lot Raw yarn inspection to ensure the material (Color) is correct and approve it.

? Review "Trail Knitting Panel" to check more quality issues. (Trail Knitting Panel is made by new incoming yarn), for further yarn quality review.

? Issue yarn inspection report and share the report to quality manager, quality controller, purchaser

? Carryout the trim inspection and issue trim inspection report.

Support Quality Controller in PPS Approval:

? Support Product Tech to approve PPS with product audits and recommendations

? Carryout the regular Inline Inspections and help production partner elevate the standard of inline inspection.

? Issue In-line Inspection Reports. Take preventative actions.

? Carryout the regular "Pre Shipping" quality Inspection

? Issue "Pre Shipping Quality Inspection Report

Prepare factory for any account quality visits:

? Represent OBO during any customer visits. Be able to explain and demonstrate all inline and pre shipping protocols

Key Tools and Documentation used for this job:

1. Sample Tech Pack – Comment Part: to record risk assessments and comments of each version of prototype and SMS, Check and have the signature on Sample Tech Pack

2. Production Tech Pack- Comments Part: to record any risk assessments and comments. Check and have the signature on Production Tech Pack.

3. In-line Inspection Report: to record the in-line inspection result.

4. Pre-shipping AQL Inspection Report: to record the pre-shipping AQL Inspection Report.

5. Production Factory Assessment Score Card (Quality Score Part): to calculate production factories’ quality performance data.

6. Product Lifecycle Management Sheet: to see the Prototype calendar (prepared by planner and Account manager) and Mass production calendar part (Prepared by planner) on the production Lifecycle Management to arrange his Quality review and inspection and update this product lifecycle Management Sheet after finish the quality Inspection activities.

该岗位主要目标，工作内容，责任:

在原型阶段，协助开发:

审核所有原型样板的版本，与开发队伍共同进行风险评估，并就结果出具风险评估结果报告。

审核所有销样样板的版本，与开发队伍共同提供评估结果报告

就第一批未加工纤维原料进行检验，以确保物料（颜色）的准确性并做批准。

为了更多的纱线质量审核，复核“ 试验样”以核实更多质量问题。（ 试验样 是由新采购的纱线制成），

出具纱线检查报告，并一同提交给质量经理，质量控制员以及采购员。

对辅料进行检查，并出具辅料检查报告。

在批准产前样环节帮助品质管控人员:

生产线及出货前审核:

定期执行生产线检查，协助生产方提升产线检查标准。

出具产线检测报告，采取预防措施。

定期执行出货前质量检测。

出具出货前质量检查报告。

为任何可能的客户品质验厂准备好工厂:

以OBO代表身份参加所有客人的到访工作。有能力解释以及展示所有生产以及出货前的检验程序。

该岗位所需用到工具以及文件材料:

样品技术包 – 评价部分：记录所有各版本原型以及销售样的风险评估报告以及评价，检查并在样品技术包上署名签字。

生产技术包 – 评价部分：记录所有风险评估及相应的评价。检查并在生产技术包上署名。

生产检查报告：记录所有生产线检查的结果。

出货前AQL检测报告：记录所有AQL检查结果。

生产工厂评定成绩卡 (质量分数部分)：计算生产工厂的质量表现数据。

产品生产周期管理表：根据原型日历（由计划员以及会计经理提供）以及批量生产日历部分（由计划员提供）提供的生产周期管理，来安排质量复核，检查，并在完成质量检测活动后，更新生产周期管理表。

任职资格:

能够理解对于工厂而言，什么才是优秀的品质管控战略；

能够自行撰写标准品质检查格式文件；

能够开展AQL查验；

能够理解关键绩效指标以及关键测量指标；

能够撰写并陈述审核报告；

善于解决问题；

基本英文书写能力。
