Responsibilities:

Ensure the success of the product lines you will be in charge. As product line manager, your core responsibility will be product planning and definition.

You must use a combination of marketing data analysis, personal experience, and customer input. You will have to stay up to date with market changes and current market perceptions.

Your scope of responsibilities includes the following task and duties:

• Specify detailed features of each product you will be in charge and build associated business case,
• Oversee planning and good progress on the product development to insure on time delivery with good content, cost and quality,
• Continuously monitor market trend to ensure definition of the right product at the right shop cost, selling price and requested margin.
• Monitor product life cycle and design solutions by collaborating across all departments of the company, including sales, operations, engineering, marketing, and manufacturing to bring the product innovative and exciting products to life,
• Willingness and strong capability to understand and anticipate customer needs and coordinate with various departments and ensure product delivery with optimal level of customer satisfaction,
• Analyze all functions and features of existing and new products and evaluate acceptance by customers,
• Provide information on product launches in respect to market trends,
• Design and implement various sales and advertising strategies for existing and new products.
• Maintain knowledge on all product qualities and functions and provide information to customers as required.

Your profile: 

• Engineering, Business Administration or Economics Degree, MBA preferred with a first proven experience in product planning and product analysis for IP phone or other terminal products.
• Possess mathematical and analytical abilities to develop pricing models and forecast product profitability. Using this data, they must prepare product development objectives and schedules for all phases of product development and product launch strategy.
• Good understanding of enterprise customer and end user behavior.
• Good communication skills and ability to persuade using simple communications that convey complex concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative way.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional and multi-sites/culture organizations.
• Chinese, English is mandatory. Knowledge of French is a plus.
