处理和报告来自香港和台湾市场的消费者联系人。 

主要责任

Careline管理：

· 管理护理线的运营绩效，以确保生产力，实现服务水平目标和General Mill在市场上的目标。

· 确保在ePC系统中捕获并提供准确的信息

品牌保护，投诉和疑难查询管理：

· 确保收到的消费者联系人以一致和专业的方式得到回应，以保护品牌并成为消费者的同理心。

· 支持当地FSQ团队处理需要更高级别管理操作的联系人。

· 与法律，保险和政府第三方合作解决责任索赔，以尽量减少公司责任和对品牌形象的负面影响。

问题管理：

· 升级特别敏感或可能导致媒体（包括社交媒体）报道，诉讼和产品召回/撤回的消费者问题。

· 在消费者响应和沟通方面支持该地区与产品相关的危机管理。

报告和数据分析：

· 提供可操作的消费者声音和反馈分析，推荐/优先考虑业务增长，减少投诉，产品质量，创新和促销等方面的改进和机会。

要求

· 商业管理或相关学科的学位持有人

· 2年以上零售/服务行业消费者关系或消费者服务相关经验

· 必须耐心，以客户为导向

· 细致的客户服务技巧，注重细节和良好的解决问题的能力

· 成熟而优秀的人际交往能力和积极的态度

· 能够在快节奏的环境中独立工作并承受压力

· 书面普通话和广东话的良好沟通技巧

· 熟练掌握MS Office应用程序

Key Objective

Handle and report consumer contacts from HK and TW market.

Key Responsibilities

Careline management:

· Manage care line operational performance to ensure productivity, and achieve service level goals and General Mill’s goals in the market.

· Ensure accurate information is captured and available in ePC system

Brand protection, Complaint and Difficult Queries management:

· Ensure that consumer contacts received are responded in a consistent and professionally way to protect brand and be consumer empathy.

· Support local FSQ teams to handle contacts requiring higher-level management action.

· Partner with legal, insurance and governmental third parties to resolve liability claims to minimize corporate liability and negative impact on brand image.

Issues Management:

· Escalate consumer issues that are particularly sensitive or which may result in media (including social media) coverage, litigation, and product recall/withdrawal.

· Support product related crisis management in the region in terms of consumer response and communication.

Reporting and data analysis:

· Provide actionable analysis of consumer voices & feedbacks, recommend/prioritize improvements & opportunities in business growth, complaint reduction, product quality, innovation and promotions etc.

Requirements

· Degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines

· Over 2 years relevant experience in consumer relations or consumer service in retail / service industry

· Must be patient and customer-oriented

· Tactful customer service skills, detail-minded and good problem-solving abilities

· Mature and excellent interpersonal skills with positive attitude

· Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Good communication skills in both written Mandarin and Cantonese

· Proficiency in MS Office application
