Senior/Principal Scientist, Bioinformatics (multiple positions in Shanghai)

We are looking for experienced research scientists in bioinformatics to perform next generation sequencing data analysis at Wuxi AppTec Genomics Center located in Shanghai.

Requirements:

Ph.D. or Master in bioinformatics, computational biology, genomics, statistics or a related field with minimum 1 year hands-on experience in sequencing bioinformatics; In-depth knowledge in existing NGS data analysis software/tools and databases; Proficiency in genomics, NGS technology and its applications; Expert in Linux and programming/scripting languages (perl, python, R, java etc.) and relational database design; Demonstrated capability of creative thinking and problem solving; Strong organizational and teamwork skills; Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
