Main Responsibilities

1.Manage day-to-day customer orders and execution of activities within the service quality plan (SQP) and according to the service portfolio;

2.Manage direct assignment workflows where applicable.

Requirements

1.University degree in language, communication and/or business related;

2.Service/project management, preferably related to Language Services;

3.English (fluent).

Note: There is possibility to become a formal employee if the intern shows excellent performances during the internship.
