职位描述
岗位任职要求：
1. 相关专业大专以上学历；一年以上大型公关活动组织、具有执行的经验；
2. 善于沟通、表达，能够积极地配合策划，完成从概念到创意表现之间的具体工作；
3. 具有优秀的理解力，创造力，执行力，凝聚力；
4. 具备良好的职业心理素质及抗压能力。
岗位职责描述：
1. 在项目执行过程中与各部门保持有效沟通，并提出合理化建议及需求；
2. 搭建现场协调解决客户、场馆、制作人员的各种问题；
3. 工作有计划性，严格按照时间节点进行；
4. 把控活动现场制作物及外协单位的工作品质，严格按照时间节点进行工作；
5. 监督现场搭建品质，对整个现场流程，效果，时间全盘掌控
