职位描述
1、主要负责公司的销售团队管理工作；
2、严格执行公司销售政策，完成区域年度销售目标，控制销售费用及其他管理费用；
3、分析市场状况，制定销售绩效管理方案；
4、组织公司团队力量，对大型目标实施公关；
5、把握重点客户，控制70%以上的产品销售动态，参与重大客户销售谈判和签订合同；
6、指导、巡视、监督、检查所属下级的各项工作；
7、及时处理重大客户投诉，以降低企业的法律风险及减少公司的经济损失；
8、收集并接触行业内潜在的收购对象信息，并形成书面报告，提交管理层决定；
9、严格执行公司信用管理制度，按月做出账款回收分析报告。
职位要求：
1、优秀的人际交往能力；
2、高度的主动性与自信心；
3、有10年左右的销售经验及不少于3年的销售管理经验；
4、良好的组织与管理能力；
5、大专以上学历，年龄在35岁以上。

Sewin Coatings，founded in 1997, is a Sino-British joint-ventured company. At present, Sewin is a professional manufacturer of industry coatings, the main products include can coatings for metal packaging industry and coil coatings for construction industry.
Sewin now owns two factories. One is located in Tianjin serving northern China, occupying a land area of 10000 square meters and its maximum production capacity can reach over 100,000 tonnes per year；the other one is located in Shanghai serving southern China, annual production capacity is about 5000 tons.
