Playable Design是LEGO系统的灵感来源，是人民建筑基金会创建的一个创新文化平台。它致力于开发，设计和引入高质量的有趣内容，以结构思维为核心，让人们通过游戏体验想象力，逻辑和社交的乐趣，探索世界和自身内部令人兴奋的可能性。

Playable Design是一家通过其乐高认证专业CEO与乐高公司合作的公司。作为乐高模型构建器，您将设计和组装非常大的独特乐高模型，可能需要几个月的规划和构建。或者，您可能还需要设计和构建较小的模型，但需要多个副本。为了完成这些任务，理想情况下，你是乐高扇社区为你的MOC所称赞的已经完成的AFOL，你想把你对乐高积木的热情转化为全职工作。所有申请人都应附上自己的MOC书。

主要职责

通过尊重客户强加的主题或真实模型，设计各种规模的比喻或抽象雕塑或大型模型（几平方米）（小型，微型，微型，等等......）

优化您的砖块需求，并能够提供所需砖块的准确列表

来源以组装模型。在每个项目开始时（通常为2个月）或在客户规定的截止日期内，在您估算的时间范围内建立模型或雕塑

设计小型有吸引力的模型，并构建它的几个副本

保养并整理用于建筑的所有乐高配件

尽最大努力参与各种公司项目

职位要求

能够设计美丽的乐高模型，从参考图片，绘图和各种材料

对所有乐高配件，乐高颜色和各种装配技术有广泛的了解

有积极和快乐的态度，喜欢注重细节，追求完美，对创新理念和变革持开放态度

有组织，能够使用乐高CAD软件（各种LDraw软件，如LeoCad，MLCad，Bricksmith，乐高数字设计师等......）

能用英语交流并能够使用30个软件（Blender）

where it all started

Fownes Brothers and Co., Inc. was established in 1777 by John and Thomas Fownes in the English city of Worcester; a prosperous and prestigious glove trade center. Fownes Brothers entered the American market in 1887 with a sales office in New York City. The New York office is maintained to this day and has become the global headquarters for sales, merchandising and design.
Fownes Brothers established manufacturing facilities in Gloversville and Amsterdam, N.Y. in 1903. In the late 1950’s manufacturing shifted from the US and the Caribbean basin, to the Far East. First came the Philippines in 1959, then Southern China in 1984.
Both facilities are still in operation to this day.
With a growing international business, Fownes established an office in Shanghai in 2002 to address the needs of its global customers. In addition to offering comprehensive sales, merchandising and design services, the Shanghai office coordinates sourcing, quality control, quality assurance, product development, and production logistics for all Asian operations.
