Responsibilities:

1. Work with logistics centers, related internal functions including transportation operation,
IT, etc and suppliers to facilitate new system smooth roll out and post launch support  (50%)

-  WMS post launch support, identify and manage any system change requirement, manage
supplier MA.

2. Work with IT to support all company related logistics system interface (30%)

- Support YLC related system interface daily smooth running include but not limited: TMS, WMS, JDE, BOH,IOT

- With any company new system set up, or current system upgrade, provide system solution in logistics centers to ensure daily normal operation.

3. Provide tools to improve operation efficiency per business new requirement (20%)

- Provide system solution , to develop Excel based tools for data management, processing, using VBA

- Training to site users

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above.

- 4 years+ experience in supply chain management

- Be familiar with logistics operation processes

- Be familiar with logistics systems, such as transportation management system, warehouse management system, experienced on OMS is preferred, experienced on system implementation preferred

- Be familiar with excel tools development using VBA. Access capability is preferred

- Be experienced with system implementation projects, project management experience preferred

- Good at office automation software

- Good communication skill
