Job Descriptions:

This position is responsible for assisting the Human Resources department with various programs, including but not limited:

1. Assist to recruitment projects

2. Support and assist HR team in daily operation like P-file management, interview arrangement, reporting, etc.

3. Communicate with different team/function to help on HR process follow up

4. Ad hoc assigned by Manager

Requirements:

1. Can work around 3 days per week

2. Proficient in the English language

3. Be good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

4. Detailed-oriented

5. Must work with a high sense of urgency and be able to maintain confidentially
