主要工作职责：

• Receive all incoming calls in a courteous and friendly manner, responsible for accurate connection
• 和友好地接听所有的来电，并负责准确的接转
• Answer patients’ inquires over the phone and follow up personally to resolve patients request
• 客人的电话并亲自采取行动去完成患者的要求
• Be completely familiar with the hospital’s telephone system and related functions, i.e. voice mail, call logging etc.
• 熟悉医院的电话系统和相关功能。例如：语音信箱，传呼系统
• Responsible for placing of patients’ calls forwarding accurately and timely
• 准确及时的为患者提供电话转接服务
• Ensure that the working area is kept clean and tidy at all times
• 每时每刻保持工作区域的干净和整洁
• Identify VIP, regular patients, thus build rapport to offer personalized service and assistance
• 贵宾，回头患者，并且亲善地提供个性化服务和帮助
• Responsible for paging of hospital personnel correctly when required
• 正确传呼医院人员
• Handling of internal messages
• 迅速并准确地处理医院各部门的留言
• Have thorough knowledge of and assists patients and callers with the hospital operator system
• 了解医院的语电话系统,并帮助患者和来电者使用该系统
• Have thorough and detailed knowledge of hospital facilities and hours of operation, to ensure correct response to patient’s and caller’s questions
• 了解医院设施和营业时间, 确保正确回答患者和访客的问题
• Have a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures; i.e. fire, alarm, evacuation, bomb, threat etc.
• 了解紧急事件处理程序,例如火警, 警报,疏散,轰炸,恐吓等等
• Take appropriate action to resolve caller’s complaints
• 合适的行为解决访客的投拆
• Promote the hospital’s products and services
• 医院的产品与服务
• Adhere to the hospital’s security and emergency policies and procedures

• Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hospital requirements

学历背景与专业经历：

• Good knowledge and very familiar with operator operation
• 话务中心工作知识并且十分熟悉话务中心日常运行
• Good knowledge of concerned operator Center equipment
• 掌握宾话务中心设备知识
• Good English language skill

• 良好的英语能力

• Sweet & lovely voice, proper tone & speed.
• 甜美的音色，适当的语音语调和语速
• Good communication skill
• 良好的沟通技巧
• Be good at organize and problem solving.
• 良好的组织以及解决问题的能力
• University degree in hospitality or related subjects preferred
• 具有相关专业大学学历者优先考虑
• Previous concerned working experience is preferred

上海德达医院·德达心血管中心
            按照国际标准（JCI）和中国标准设计建造的上海德达医院是德达医疗集团设在上海的首家以提供心血管疾病医疗服务为主的综合性医院。德达医院及德达心血管中心位于上海虹桥交通枢纽以西七公里的徐泾地区，总建筑面积五万平方米，一期设有200张床位，二期350张床位。
        上海德达医院及德达心血管中心装备有20间心脏病监护病房（CCU），18间重症监护病房（ICU），7间手术室，2间心脏导管室和2间复合手术室（Hybrid）。配备飞利浦、思泰瑞、迈柯唯等多家跨国公司最先进的医疗诊断和服务设备。
        除了提供常规医疗服务，拥有丰富经验的中外心血管医疗团队能够提供心脏病介入治疗、高难度心血管外科手术治疗，包括主动脉瘤及主动脉夹层、复杂先心病、严重冠心病的外科手术治疗。
DeltaHealth Hospital·Shanghai is a foreign-invested general hospital designed and constructed in accordance with Joint Commission International (JCI) and Chinese standards. It is DeltaHealth’s first hospital in Shanghai. DeltaHealth Hospital Shanghai and its Heart & Vascular Center are located in the Xujing area, 7 km to the west of Shanghai’s Hongqiao transport hub. The total construction area for the project is 50,000 m , with the set-up of 200 beds during the first phase.
DeltaHealth Hospital·Shanghai and its Heart & Vascular Center boast a 20 bedded cardiac care units (CCU), 18 bedded intensive care unit(ICU), 7 operating rooms, 2 cardiac catheterization laboratories, 2 hybrid operating rooms, as well as state-of-the-art diagnostic and healthcare equipment produced by leading international brands such as Philips, Steris, Maquet, etc.

        上德德达德西门诊于2013年1月正式营业，是德达心血管服务体系市内门诊网络的一部分。上海德西门诊部位于上海市虹桥中心商业区的核心位置，提供一系列的全科和专科服务，特色医疗服务包括心血管疾病诊断、专家门诊治疗和心脏康复项目等。
Opened in 2013, DeltaHealth Clinic·HongQiao is DeltaHealth’s first Shanghai outpatient clinic and is part of an inner city network of cardiovascular care clinics. Located at the heart of the Hongqiao CBD, the clinic provides comprehensive primary and specialty care, including cardiovascular disease screening, expert consulting and rehabilitation services.
