岗位描述：

1. 负责VHF~X波段的射频收发电路设计；

2. 负责链路分析、射频电路仿真，原理图设计和PCB设计，以及相关元器件的选型；

3. 调试和优化射频电路，配合结构工程师完成射频电路的屏蔽工作；

4. 输出射频电路设计方案、射频电路详细设计说明书、射频电路测试说明书、BOM表等有关文档；

5. 参与产品的系统测试、外场测试，环境试验等，并解决测试中发现的问题。

任职要求：

1. 电磁场与微波、电子信息工程、通信工程、自动化及其相关专业，本科以上学历；

2. 熟悉ADS/HFSS/CST等射频仿真软件；

3. 熟悉Cadence/PADS/Altuim Designer中至少一种硬件开发软件；

4. 熟练操作频谱仪、信号源、矢量网络分析仪、示波器等仪器；

5. 有VHF~X波段收发信机、射频功率放大器、频综设计经验的优先录取；

6. 熟悉天线设计优先考虑；

7. 英语四级以上水平，具有良好的英文阅读理解能力；

8. 工作严谨细致，具备一定的文档撰写能力。

The plant is a modern industry facility with existing casting/machining equipment from Germany, Japan, Denmark and the US. Through this acquisition, the company is able to cover the strong customer demand in Asia market. May 2, 2017 Westron Group has signed the financing agreement with HDCapital of Tus-holdings for a financing plan up to 200 mil.
