岗位职责：
1. 制定项目租赁策略，编制及执行租赁计划，完成与商户的谈判和签订合同的工作；

2. 积极有效的开辟客户，拓宽招商渠道，收集目标客户信息，建立详实的客户档案资料；

3. 参与拓展客户，进行客户拜访及接待工作；

4. 负责商场、社区商业的推广工作，规划完成所负责区域的招商谈判及后期运营工作；

5. 组织进行项目市场调研分析，收集商业信息，并编制规划方案；

6. 制定实施长、中、短期的招商计划，编制招商资料，制定并执行长、中、短期招商策略。

任职要求：
1. 大学本科及以上学历，有海外留学经验优先；

2. 相关招商经验5年以上，其中3年以上招商管理经验；

3. 熟悉上海、江浙一带各商业业态的发展特点、有文化娱乐、时尚产业从业经验者优先；

4. 英语良好、.熟练运用计算机，以及office等相关办公软件；

5. 具有出色的人际沟通协调能力、谈判技巧，工作认真负责、能承受较大压力。
