Summary of Job Function :

工作职责


1. Follow up facility and production equipment repair and preventive maintenance based on new project.

根据新项目,负责督导生产设备的调试、维修、预防性维护.



2．Coordinate with sub-contractor on the installation of new equipment and debugging.

负责完成新进设备的安装和调试.



3．Involves in the process improvement of manufacturing equipment to improve productivity and reduce down time.

积极参与生产加工相关设备的技术改良,提高效率,减少停机时间.



4．Fix problem in auto/semi-auto assembly equipment, trouble shooting and resolve it.

现场维护自动半自动设备,及时调查现场设备故障并对故障进行处理和解决.



5．Setup maintenance history file, make improvement plan.

能建立各种维护文件、提出技术改造方案并归档保存



6. Coordinate with sub-contractor on the installing of new equipment

协助承包商安装新设备

Know-How Requirements

职位要求

1. Bachelor graduated or above, majored in Mechanical engineering and electronic Engineering.

本科毕业或以上学历,主修机械或电子工程.



2. More than 5 years experience in facility maintenance in Automotive Industry. Proficient in PLC programming and electric test

5年以上汽车行业设备维护经验精通,PLC编程和电子测试



2. Be familiar with ISO9000, ISO14000 & TS16949 system requirement

熟悉ISO9000,ISO14000和TS16949体系要求



3. Familiar with equipment management & maintenance flow chart

熟悉设备管理与维护的流程



4. .Be good at teamwork and management,Be able to on-call work, necessary overtime as require

善于团队作业和管理.随时待命工作,有时需要加班



5. Familiar with a working knowledge of Windows and office software

熟悉计算机Windows系统操作和 Office软件运用



6. Good communication and interpersonal skills

良好的沟通技巧和人际关系



7. Good English skills in written & oral & listening
