Summary of Job Function :

工作职责

1.Operate HARDINGE Lathe machine;

负责数控车床操作;

2.Finish production assignment from Machining supervisor.

完成主管下达的各项生产任务。

Specific Responsibilities:

具体职能

1. Be responsible for Lathe operation and machine maintenance;

负责数控车床的操作、维护和保养工作；

2. Design Lathe program for parts;

负责数控车床程序的编制；

3. Machining parts according to drawing;

负责产品与图纸和核对；

4. Prepare work-piece and tooling;

加工前材料与工具的准备；

5. Be responsible for parts quality;

对加工的产品品质负责；

6. Record parts quantity and delivery the right parts to next process;

负责对加工产品的数量进行记录并转序；

7. Be responsible for 5S of his own working place;

区域内的“5S”负责；

8. Safety operation during working process;

对加工程中的安全负责；

9. Finish production assignment from supervisor timely, report to supervisor;

按时地完成主管下达的各项任务，对主管负责；

10. Safekeeping and maintain tooling.

负责刀具的保管与保养工作。

职位要求

1.Technical secondary school(mechanical major related) and above;

中专或以上（机械相关专业）学历；

2.At least 3 years working experiences of Lathe operation;

三年以上数控车床操作经验，熟悉应用机器操作面板进行简单编程；

3.Be familiar with mechanical operation, capability of reading drawings;

悉机加工艺，会看三视图；

4.Work hard and good team player;

苦耐劳，具有良好的团队合作精神；

5.Can read the simple technician requirement in English.
