GRAPHIC DESIGNER (LIQUID IMPACT)

Liquid Impact is looking for a imaginative graphic designer to join our team. He or she must be able to translate brands into innovative and compelling key visuals and graphics. He or she must be versatile, to develop images for a wide range of industries (i.e. design, athletics, alcohol, fashion, banking, etc.) and events (i.e. conferences, trade events, product launches, parties etc.). He or she must also be a team player, willing to support different departments and projects.

· Integrate messages and ideas from a group of people into a strong visual design that is emotionally and functionally meaningful

· Develop the following for proposals and/or projects: graphics, brochures, signage, backdrops, etc.

· Be able to work in a fast-paced, last-minute, and deadline-oriented environment

· Assist in developing the internal corporate visual brand identity, with internal promotional materials, documents, website design, etc.

· Coordinate with project management and production departments

· Provide layout and template design support for proposals and client deliverable

· Develop compelling case studies (content / visuals) from completed projects

· Assist during project execution, provide on-site support during events

· Assist in the production and procurement for designed invitations, signage, pamphlets, etc.

· Assist in the development, design, and maintenance of the company website

Position Requirements

· Strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and integrity

· Works well in multi-cultural environments and as part of a team

· Able to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent skill in Adobe CS5 including: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

· Possesses knowledge of design implementation, such as paper, materials

· Good attention to detail

· Skilled at design thinking and a problem-solver

· Bachelor degree or above, major in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design or related field is a plus

· As least 2 years’ relevant work experience

· Mandarin required, English is a plus

· Finally, have a sense of humor and an appreciation for the wild, weird, and wacky!
