The job holder need to take the role in quality system management related to quality system planning, maintenance and control, internal and external audits, customer inspection etc.; meanwhile, he/she will be responsible for assisting QA Manager to achieve continuous improvement in quality system management to meet with the requirement of industry and customers.

该职位候选人要承担涉及质量管理体系规划、维护、控制、内外部审核、客户验厂等质量体系管理方面的职责，同时，他/她将负责协助质量经理完成质量体系的持续改善工作，以确保公司的质量工艺符合客户或行业的要求。

Duties and Responsibilities/工作职责:

1. Be responsible for Quality System planning, implementation, maintenance as well as updating, to meet with related Quality management regulations' requirement like ISO. 负责质量体系的规划、实施、维护以及更新，以满足ISO等相关质量体系规定的要求；

2. Take charge of internal and external audits, timely locate existing Quality management problems and provide corrective plan and actions, to meet customer requirement. 负责内外部审核工作，及时发现工厂现有质量管理问题,并提出改善措施予以改进；

3. Keep good communication with customers, understand customers' needs and try to achieve customers’ satisfaction with the product quality. 与顾客保持好沟通，准确理解客户需求使客户对产品质量满意；

4. Cope with Third party or customer inspection, proactively follow all the process and promptly solve problems found. 配合第三方或客户验厂活动，积极主动的全程跟踪并及时解决发现的问题。

5. Maintain Quality system documents and make sure that all related documents are in control and traceable. 维护质量体系文件，确保所有相关文件处于受控状态并可追踪。

6. Conduct Training to colleagues as well as workers about Quality System management to improve employees’ sense of quality. 对部门人员及工人进行质量体系管理培训以提高雇员质量意识。

Eligibility/适任特征

Educational Attainment/所受教育:
Bachelor or above, in QA, Quality Engineering, Mechanics, Automation or related 本科以上学历，质量管理，质量工程，机械自动化等相关专业

Work Experience/工作经验：
More than 5 years work experience in Quality System management in manufacturing environment, Plus at least 2 years experience as a managing role 5年以上制造型企业质量体系管理工作经验，2年以上管理角色工作经验

Personality/人格特质:
Precise, responsible, hardworking and practical.严谨、负责、敬业、注重实践
Able to work under high pressure.能承受较大工作压力
Highly principled.原则性强

Knowledge and Skills/知识技巧：
Have the certification of Internal Auditor, with External Auditor certification preferred. 要求有内审员资格证书，有外审员证书者优先；
Fluent in English.具备熟练的英语听说读写能力；
Have experience in setting up and implementing ISO9000/ISO14000/OHSAS18001 quality systems.具备建立实施ISO9002/ISO14000/OHSAS18001质量体系的实际经验；
Skilled in quality monitor through PPAP/ APQP/ MSA/ FMEA/ SPC.熟悉质量控制工具的运用，如PPAP/ APQP/ MSA/ FMEA/ SPC；
Good co-ordination and communication skill, team work spirit.具备良好的沟通协调技巧和团队精神；
