Specific Responsibilities:

具体职能

1. Work in a team of engineers on design and development of the electrical hardware for the Automotive Electronic Control Modules with the highest level of commitment to continuous improvement in quality, cost and delivery.与其他工程师一起完成汽车电子控制模块的电子硬件设计与开发，全权负责质量，成本和运输的改进工作。
2. Perform all aspects of design, development, implementation and test of embedded micro-controller-based analog and digital circuits for the automotive environment. This includes requirements analysis, design calculations, worst case analysis, components derating calculations, circuit simulations, testing of engineering prototypes. 负责设计，开发，执行和对微控制装置和汽车环境下数字线路的测试的全方位工作。这包括分析工作，设计分析，失效分析，元件损耗计算分析，电路仿真分析，工程样件阶段的测试分析。
3. Follow development process, create and maintain engineering documents to meet Quality System requirements. Prepare design documentation for release and write reports. Participate in design reviews.根据开发流程，撰写和修改工程文件以满足质量体系的要求。制定设计发布文件，撰写报告。参加设计评论。
4. Interface with other internal groups such as software engineering, mechanical engineering, PCB Design, CAD, test engineering, product validation, manufacturing and the customer as required for product development.根据产品开发的需要，与软件工程，机械工程，PCB设计，CAD，测试工程，产品确认，生产等内部人员及客户进行沟通。
5. Capture and communicate customer expectations inside and outside the organization.在组织内外了解与传达客户的期望目标。
6. Support DV and PV testing, prepare test plans and work on issues resolutions.为DV和PV测试提供支持，制定测试报告，解决问题。
7. Constantly work on improvement of personal and departmental technical capabilities.不断提高个人和部门的技术能力。
8. Support customer builds, launches and production at company and customer plants. Drive to resolution any technical issues encountered by the customer during their development process. 在公司工厂和客户的工厂为客户的项目和生产工作提供支持。帮客户解决开发过程中的技术问题。
9. Support new business quotation activities.为新项目的报价会议提供支持。

Know-How Requirements

职位要求

1. Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or foreign equivalent.电子工程学士学位或国外的同等学历。
2. 2 - 3 years of automotive design experience.　2-3年汽车设计经验。
3. Automotive embedded systems design experience preferred.有汽车嵌入式系统设计经验优先考虑。
4. Hands-on experience with test & measurement equipment desired.有试验测量设备操作经验为佳。
5. Knowledge of schematic capture, PCB layout and circuit simulation tools helpful.具备电气工程布线图，PCB设计和电路仿真设备的知识为佳。
6. Candidate should be able to handle various tasks at the same time.有能力在同一时间内承担多项任务。
7. Chinese: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. English: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public　中文：读写能力，分析能力，翻译商业杂志和行业杂志，技术流程，和政府的规章制度的能力。撰写报告，商务信件，及职工操作程序指南的能力。英文：能及时有效地传递信息及答复经理，顾客，客户和其他成员的问题。
