Responsibility:

1. As new package develop engineer, be responsible for developing new material/new process.
2. Follow APQP flow to lead whole developing phase, design review/material & tooling purchase/feasibility study.....till mass production.
3. Evaluate new machine/new material used during package develop.
4. Coordinate cross function team to finish each developing phase include buy off, sample build, qual, pre-production till mass production.
5. Collect & optimize process data, and pass the key learning/performance summary to mass production.
6. Documentation all developing SPEC such as DFMEA/Process Flow/Control Plan/ECN/Release Report.

Requirements:

1. College or above, Major in Semiconductor/Mechanical/Material or related;
2. Minimum 3 years related experience in Assembly &Test;
3. Familiar with assembly product knowledge/assembly process knowledge/APQP, DFMEA knowledge;
4. Experience in package/process/material development is preferred;
5. Familiar with flip chip/clip bond/solder product/Ag sintering/Al Wire is preferred.
