General Role Statement/岗位描述

  

Build strong emerging technology mastery and capability for GSMC E&I team to: Elevate on-going E&I maintenance system using digitization tools. Implement continuous improvement plan for equipment and process related to E&I scope. Deploy digitization & automation projects as emerging technology owner to enable touchless operation and MOF capabilities.

Key Results Areas/关键结果领域:

  

• Responsible for High-Level Design, especially for electrical part. Lead to design and implement continuous improvement applications related to E&I technologies including control diagram and program developing, debugging and start up. Ensure that design meets all regulations and safety standards.

  负责系统概要设计，重点在电气部分设计。主导设计和实现持续电仪相关的技术改进应用，包括电气控制逻辑设计和程序开发、调试和垂直启动。确保项目设计及实施符合相关法律法规要求及安全要求

• Responsible for design and drawing review for new automation or digitization project and determine the right technical solution to be implemented

  负责新方案设计方案及设计图审核，负责项目所需电气设备、设施的技术评估选型工作

• Responsible for electrical part installation, adjustment and acceptance test; Provide technical support on equipment troubleshooting and diagnosing to minimize unplanned down time

  组织电气部分的现场安装、调试及竣工验收；设备交付期，在设备故障排除和诊断时提供技术支持，最大化降低排故所需要的非计划停机时间

• Develop and deliver emerging E&I technologies mastery and capacity for site E&I team including training materials and courses for Robot, Vision, Servo, PLC, Network and Machine safety technologies.

  通过开发培训材料和课程(包括机器人、视觉系统、伺服机构、PLC、网络以及机器安全技术等)发展电仪团队人员的能力和主要的技术.

• Organize operation and maintenance training, provide technical support

  组织相关电气相关的操作、维护知识的培训，提供相关技术支持

• Help PM to control/estimate cost/CPS/risks etc.

                      

协助PM，控制成本，项目交付时间等风险

  

 

  

Qualifications/资格

  

• College & above’s degree with major of Controls, Computer Science, Electronics

  大专及以上学历，自动化控制,计算机科学或电子专业

• 5 year working experience in E&I design, especially related to Robot, Vision and Network technologies. Whole line electrical design and adjustment is preferred

  拥有5年以上的电气相关经验，优先机器人，视觉和网络技术的设计，优先整线电气设计调试

• Good at technical communication, has the insight about the industry. Quicker leaner, happy to learn new knowledge

  具有良好的技术沟通能力, 掌握本专业领域内外现场和发展趋势; 有较强学习及钻研能力，能自我激励

• Good English Command in reading and writing
