2、负责编写各部门岗位职责说明书，通过多种渠道进行招聘；

3、负责公司员工录用、合同签订、建档、转正、社保缴纳等人事劳动关系；并建立、维护公司人力资源库；

4、负责公司人员资质的维护与管理；

5、负责实施新员工入职培训，安排员工在职期间的业务培训以及其他各类培训；

6、收集相关的劳动用工等人事政策及法规，协助上级领导决定公司劳动人事政策；

7、策划公司员工活动等方案，并有效组织活动的展开，深化企业文化氛围；

8、完成部门领导临时交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、相关专业大专及以上学历，二年以上相关工作经验；

2、工作态度积极主动、有强烈的工作责任心；

3、良好的团队协作精神和较高的个人综合素质；

4、有较强的组织、协调、沟通、外联公关能力，能承受较强的工作压力。

In 2012, UFD gradually formed mature professional perspective and comprehensive design solutions for the brand culture in professional fields and the existence relationship in the social environment through more than 8 years of market development, coordination and mutual benefit, and common development, accumulated the cooperation experience with customers like museums, hospitals, hotel management agencies and domestic large financing institutions, and cultivated a large number of professional creation teams.
