Job Description

1. Fully responsible for profit and loss of the plant and operations including Quality, SCM, production, manufacturing engineering, HR & Adm., Solely responsible for maintain the budget.
2. To drive continuous improvement of effective business, product and operations process by using Lean & 6 Sigma methodology。
3. Knowledgeable in manufacturing processes, test methodologies, industrial engineering techniques and quality assurance.
4. Work with contract manufacturer to ensure performance index are met.
5. Aggressively drive the team to meet and exceed business plan target.
6. Establish and grow business relationships with customers
7. Reviews the performance of direct reports and provide coaching for the purpose of assisting employees in improving their performance.
8. Meet with direct reports to assess the progress of the business, create action plans for resolving negative issues.
9. Strengthen the organization’s capability, developing sustainable talent and succession pool and motivate a commitment to getting results.
10. Plan , propose and execute new manufacturing site and ensure flawless execution of new program flawless launch.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor Degree in Engineering related field

· At least 10 years of working experience in automotive electronics manufacturing business of which minimal of 5 year are in the senior management role responsible for overall performance of a plant/major manufacturing center.

· Excellent team player, interpersonal and communication skill .Can-do attitude, proved problem solver. Honest, hard-working, team-spirit and organization skills.

· Be positive, determined and customer oriented.
