Position:BD Manager-经销商招商经理

Job responsibilities/岗位职责:

1. Responsible for regional franchisers channel establishing and developing according to the marketing and sales strategies formulated by the company；

根据公司制定的市场及销售策略负责区域经销商渠道建立和开发；

2. Establish and manage franchisers channel sales process and operation specifications. Make reasonable use of department budget to finish annual profit assessment；

建立和管理渠道销售流程和运作规范。合理使用部门预算，完成年度利润考核；

3. Provide accurate information on market trends, demand changes, competitors and feedbacks from and customers;

提供市场趋势，需求变化，竞争对手和客户反馈方面的准确信息；

4. Help to improve the store's marketing ability in the local market and improve the brand image；

帮助提高店铺在当地市场的营销能力，提高品牌形象；

5. Any other ad hoc tasks.

及时完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。

Requirements/任职要求：

1.College degree or above ,at least 5 years working experience in related industry；

大专或以上学,至少5年相关行业工作经验；

2.Rich resources in import and middle & high-end household channels and resources of distributors and agents; Be familiar with middle & high-end furniture products and industry characteristics;

具备进口、中高端家居经销商、代理商渠道资源；熟悉中高端家具类产品，了解行业特性;

3. With strong public relations and negotiation skills, good presentation, communication and coordination skills, problem solving and analysis skills, be able to develop business independently;

具有较强的公关及谈判能力，良好的演讲、沟通协调、问题处理与分析能力，能独立开发客户;

4. Proficient in office software;

熟练运用办公软件；

5. Good command of written and spoken English;

良好的英语书面及口语能力

6.Willing to travel.

能适应出差。
