Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for supplier quality management, make sure supplier quality is under control.

• Monitor and inspect at supplier site, make sure all of them are conforming before sending to Trio.

• Develop supplier quality assurance system, focus on prevention.

• Monitor supplier OTD, make sure suppliers can meet OTD.

• Supplier audit. Coordinate to audit to select right supplier, lead audit regularly to appraise supplier quality performance.

• Proposal for supplier quality management to qualify/disqualify a supplier.

• Highlight any risk for supplier quality management.

• Collect data of cost for poor incoming quality and drive to improve.

• Make quality statistics for incoming material timely and take action accordingly.

• Drive to achieve related KPI and drive continuous improvement of incoming quality.

• Assigned by Leader.

Objectives:

                            

• FPY of supplier quality

• Internal complaint related to supplier quality

• Pass rate of supplier audit

• Travel frequency 70-80%

            

Measurements:

  

• Monthly review with KPI assigned.
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

  

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor degree with mechanical, engineering or related.

• 7-year working experience including at least 5-year supplier quality management. And he/she has the working experience of quality control for incoming quality.

• Good communication.

• Presentation skill.

Language Skills:      

• Excellent English including oral, writing and listening.

• At least CET-4
