职位描述：

基本职责 Primary Accountabilities of the Job

1. 清楚理解客户需求，做好客户管理与对接

Clearly understand client's requirement, well manage and communicate with client

2. 对内完成工作上的沟通安排，及时跟进项目进度

Internal follow up the project status and allocate the work execution

3. 协助品牌官方新媒体平台的日常运营，包括weibo，wechat，小红书的素材管理，后台维护，博文排版与发布

Assistance of brand social media platform maintenance, including daily material management, back-end support and post release

4. 制定月度/周度博文内容发布计划，包括角度发想和素材搜集

Develop monthly/weekly content plan for the further copy writing and material collection

5. 参与品牌数字战役的日常执行，保证项目的顺利进行

Follow up the digital campaign and daily execution to ensure the project running smoothly

6. 协助完成日报，周报，月报的整理

Conduct timely daily/weekly/monthly report of operation and data analysis

资质要求 Qualification & Experience

1. 本科应届毕业生，新闻传播系为佳

4 years university/college degree (Bachelor‘s or above), majored in journalism/media communication is preferred

2. 项目管理和时间管理能力较强，能够准确按时传达需求并完成多项任务

Strong project and time management skills，multi tasking and ability to coordinate with internal team to meet the deadline

3. 善于沟通，讲求效率，有团队合作意识

Work effectively with the others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent communication skills
