Responsibility: - Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services - Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle - Keep track of quality, quantity, stock level, delivery times, transportation costs and efficiency - Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments - Resolve any arising problems or complaints with customers and related colleagues - Keep good relationship with customs clearance agency - Deal with the import/export customs clearance affairs, prepare documents and records - Assists the Accountant to issue the sales invoices and AR control - Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets - Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements - Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements - Carry out other tasks assigned by Operations manager. Qualification: Education and Experience - ERP experience, such as SAP, Dynamic - Proven working experience as a supply chain supervisor - Record of successful distribution and logistics management - Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects - BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Key Competencies - excellent written and verbal communication skills - problem analysis and problem-solving - information management - persuasiveness - adaptability - innovation - English language
