1.    Understand business needs from HR work, develop HR strategies, policy and system in compliance with statutory policy and support organizational needs

2.    Manage Compensation & Benefits scheme and programs, review and propose competitive compensation and benefit for key talents to management

3.    Work with function leaders closely for staff recruitment and employee performance appraisal

4.    Work with Finance department for HR budget and staff payroll

5.    Manage the day-to-day implementation of all HR policies and procedures for all employees

6.    Ensure to provide the comprehensive and professional service to all employees

7.    Developing and implementing training plan based on the training needs analysis

8.    Creating harmony between company and employees to increase employee morale

9.    General all Human Resources reports if necessary for management reference

10.  Fulfill other job-related tasks as required
