This is a one-year contract position.

How you will impact WestRock:

  

• General billing and AR function

• Sales recognition

• Invoice is issued in time

• AR aging follow up

• AR records reflect current invoice issued and collection properly

• Reconciliation of A/R balances and customer statements and solve the outstanding issue in time

• Standard cost maintenance

• Credit Review and customer master data maintenance

• Monthly Tax filing

• Management reporting

• Audit support

• Project support

• Any ad hoc assignment designated by the supervisor

                          

What you need to succeed:

  

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting

• 2-3 years of accounting experience

• Detail oriented, energetic, hard- working, willing to take challenges and desire to grow

• Good working attitude and team spirit

• Good communication skills, equal to CET-4 English

• General understanding of accounting practice and principles

• Experience of JDE system is a plus
