Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• External KOL Management

1. Identify critical scientific personnel in hospitals, academia-associated clinical centers and other clinical institutions for Miltenyi

2. Develop and coordinate engagement plans for scientific personnel

3. Effectively engage with scientific personnel to advance scientific and medical dialogue for a specific therapy or disease and relevant products

4. Organize and run external scientific events for Miltenyi about relevant disease or therapeutic topics

        Internal Support

1. Provide scientific support to the commercial team as necessary

2. Collect key insights about the market, competitors, therapies and customers and communicate them to commercial and BD lead

3. Identify and communicate key clinical and research issues from hospital customers to appropriate departments.

4. Maintain appropriate communication with Medical, Regulatory and Legal personnel to ensure appropriate timelines and procedures are adhered to

5. Maintain clinical expertise through education, relevant symposia, scientific workshops, and review of key journals.

         

 Education:

  1. Bachelor or Master degree in medicine, pharmacy or biomedical science

  2. Disease specialization preferred but not required (e.g., Hematologist)

  

work Experience:

1-3 years of experience in a clinical or academic setting, hospital, or industry

2. Strong presentation skills and verbal negotiation skills preferred
