1. Capacity Investigation (Trapline): Work with global capacity management team to investigate capacity situations for trapline parts. 

2. Collect data and consolidate monthly APAC Powertrain PO report. Monthly review with global Powertrain team to make sure capacity is reserved for Engine and transmission shipped into APAC.

3. Capacity Database management: Coordinate internally and manage suppliers to maintain capacity data timely and correctly in FCA system.

4.Volume Variance Management: Bi-weekly prepare buy volume variance report, make analysis, and work with APAC JV SCM team to try reducing volume variance for parts imported into APAC.

5. Cross Regional Capacity Control

Daily check FCA Global Capacity Management system, keep communication with FCA other regions and APAC JV plants, maintain and/or update parts capacity data regularly in the system as per actual business, to ensure parts capacity allocation is controlled inter-regionally.

6. Work with global Capacity Management & SDRM team to mitigate capacity risks when there is global capacity shortage.

Education:

Bachelor Degree at least (Supply Chain Management, or Management)

Skills & Experience:

1. One(1) year working or intern experience in supply chain, purchasing or transportation; automotive experience desirable. 

2. Ability to work independently as well as being able to identify and implement new processes according to milestones and deadlines. 

3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point), SAP or other ERP system knowledge is an advantage.

4. Fluent English – writing and speaking.  Frequent meetings with FCA other regions are needed.

5. Strong sense of responsibility, always drive for best-in-class, open mind for intercultural experience, team working.
