岗位职责

Responsibilities

1.良好的沟通技巧和工作清晰思路，提供专业的商业地产咨询服务

Good communication and organizational skills, providing a professional tailor made consulting services

2.开发潜在租户沟通，提供办公室中介服务

Business Development Capability to find potential tenants, offering office agency service.

3.为客户匹配房源并制定完善的看房计划，确保房源符合客户需求并且为带看工作做准备

Matching request and making suitable site inspection plan for the clients, ensure that the requirement is in accordance with tenants wishes and prepare the next steps actions in order to deliver the premises

4.与客户、房东进行双向谈判，促成办公楼租赁合同签订，提供后续增值服务，等等

Negotiations with tenants and landlords, contributed in signing the contract and providing value-added service, etc.

任职要求

Requirements

1.年龄22岁-35岁之间，本科（如果为专科文凭，只招英文专业）或以上学历，6级或同等英文证书（英语专业8级为佳），英语/法语/德语/西班牙/阿拉伯语专业优先。

Age between 22 to 35 years old, holding a bachelor degree and above (if it’s college degree, need English Major only), passed CET6 (PreferTEM-8) or relative similar English Certificate, majoring in English/French/German/Spanish/Arabian are preferred.

2.英文听说读写流利,能与外籍客户电话及面对面交流及书面英语能力。

Fluent in English listening, speaking, capable of reading and writing, can communicate with foreign tenants without difficulty.

3.具备良好的沟通表达能力，理解客户需求

Have good communication ability, and understand the client’s needs.

4.良好人际交往技巧，工作积极主动，乐观开朗。能承受销售业绩压力的挑战，并有工作责任心

Interpersonal, proactive, optimistic, and willing to work under pressure and responsible.

5.敏锐的洞察力，较强的抗压能力；勇于接受房产行业的压力和挑战

The keen insight, strong compressive capacity; Have the courage to accept the housing industry of pressure and challenges.

6.外企公司经历优先考虑。 Working experience in foreign company is a plus.

1、底薪+高提成（同行业的两倍），除基本工资销售佣金过万，多劳多得，今年某销售当月拿到本月工资最高记录为32万。

basic salary + high commission (Double commission scheme of our competitor), Monthly Commission can be more than ten thousand, this year one sales get RMB320,000 as monthly income.

2.公司提供60节系统的房产及英文培训，对无相关本行业经验的优秀人员，公司提供零职业起点培训。

Provides 60 systematically real estate and English training, for green hand, we provide basic career training.

3.工作表现出色可进入职业快通道，成为销售培训生，管理培训生，并有机会外派国外一线城市工作。

Excellent working performance will be promoted as Sales Trainee, Management Trainee and chance to work abroad.
