1. 全面项目管理，对项目的工期、质量、成本、安全文明施工负责；

2. 做好装饰项目的成本概算、安排进度，控制材料成本、签证\结算等工作；

3. 项目施工班组的组建和选定；

4. 对工地现场发现的问题，及时给出合理解决方案；

5.领导交予的其它工作。

 

任职要求：

1. 年龄45岁以下，有10年以上的工装经验。

2. 熟悉港式清单报价、精通装修施工现场管理。

3. 会基本的电脑操作

4. 有责任心，吃苦耐劳。

具有上海地区二级/一级建造师资格
