岗位职责

1、负责与客户洽谈，接收订单以及安排订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报关、结算等事宜；

2、制作海运单证及其它相关文件，负责录入应收应付费用，安排开发票事宜；

3、负责提供海外代理业务文件及放货事宜；

4、单证及文件的整理及归档等；

任职资格

1、专科及以上学历；

2、3年以上物流操作经验，能海运操作一票到底；

3、熟悉海运操作，具备单证、货代、运输知识储备；

4、有英文基础，电脑操作熟练；

5、工作细心、责任心强，具有较强的服务意识和团队精神。

工作性质：做五休二 上午9点至下午6点

工作地点：黄浦区北京东路668号科技京城西楼18K-1（靠近浙江中路，地铁1,2,8号线人民广场站）
