Job Summary:

The PDU 4G5G Project Office in Beijing is leading Development and Test of LTE Base Band Features and the LTE Module Program; the later one is responsible for product quality, the delivery flow and the test loops. We are now looking for a Program Manager to lead LTE development. The RA program has the end-to-end responsibility for the features; Continues Analyses, Feature Development, Feature Test and System Verification.

Position Qualifications

You are self-motivated and have the ability to work and take initiatives independent, with both short-term and long-term objectives. You are an experienced project manager with experience of driving large and complex R&D projects and you have a good technical understanding of the LTE system.

 

· You have a strong drive demonstrated in all areas, including WoW and cooperation across organizational borders.

· You have excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor co-workers.

· You enjoy finding creative solutions using the full capacity of your team.

· Planning, organizing, and managing problems, issues and uncertainties are your strong characteristics.

· You have experience of change management and have an interest in operational development.

· Project Management competence in Agile/Lean ways of working.

· Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills are required.

· You are self-motivated, solution oriented with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge.

· You create motivation and energy among your project members.

· You have Product Development knowledge from Pre-Study to GA.

 

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

· BSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge

· Ability to travel to other sites
