-为申请的客人开具档案，根据客人提供的进出口商之间的发票或合同，录入基本信息，如进出口商名字、产品信息、价格信息等，开具一个编号。

    

-根据检验员现场检验的报告和客人提供的出证文件，按流程要求进行一系列的核对工作

    

-及时与客户以及检验员做好沟通和确认工作

    

-最后准确地将出口商信息以及产品信息录入系统出具证书

    

-完成上级交代的其他相关事宜

任职要求：

-大专以上学历，一年以上客服，物流或国际贸易跟单工作经验者优先考虑

-乐于与人积极沟通，具有良好的电话和邮件沟通技巧

-熟练使用word，excel，PPT等办公软件

-待人真诚，有责任心和团队精神

-良好的书面英语能力

-可以在有压力的情况下工作
