Responsibilities

-Checking final documents and contacting exporters for revised final documents in case of discrepancy found.

-Preparing report of findings via AS400 system

-Checking drafts of the certificate before issuance

-Issuing CRF within maximum 48 hours following receipt of FD

-Issuing amendment if error id detected in report of finding

-Doing filling and keeping the records of complete files

-Answering customers’ inquiries by mail or other within 24 hours.

-Well coordination with other staff members or BV units (Pricing and Coding Analysts, PICs, etc.)

-Any other tasks designated by senior coordinator, assistant supervisor or Supervisor.

Requirements

-More than 1 year working experience or fresh graduate with experience of internship in trade or logistic company

-Diploma degree or above

-Good written English

-Good computer operation skills with high typing speed
