岗位要求：

1、男女不限.25-38岁之间，机械设计、模具相关专业优先。

2、5年以上模具设计工作经验，能读懂图纸，具备绘图能力，能准确选择公差配合，能够分析模具所成型产品结构工艺性能的优良，并能提出相应改进措施，熟悉常用塑料的性能。

3、能较熟悉测绘机械零件，会设计各类机械结构，具备机械结构的基本设计和计算能力，掌握模具典型零件的设计要点，会分析模具结构的合理性

4、熟练掌握二维及三维绘图软件，进行模具分型。

5、会合理选用常用模具的材料，会标注热处理工艺条件，具备良好的语言组织归纳能力

6、能够准确进行上机调试和操作，会分析通用成型设备故障并提出修复意见。

7、具备人员和设备的协调能力，具有良好的职业道德，具有较好文字表达能，做事严谨，责任心强，能承受一定工作压力。

8、汽车行业或塑胶行业模具设计优先录用。
