PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Include but not limited to:)
? Ensure all Call Centre Staff are providing quality customer service to our potential clients.
? Ensure all monitoring procedures are followed, such as spot checks and full QA
? Coach all CCO’s as directed by Call Centre managers and supervisors.
? Effectively communicate training feedback and concerns to the Call Centers.
? Be able to analysis reports to assist departments with QA/ Training
? Ensure QA spreadsheets and all documents are updated
? Look for opportunities to update material of the call centers including scripting and training manuals
? Conduct daily/weekly training sessions with all CCO’s. Continually work on improving and up skilling all CCO’s and other members of the Training Team.

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
? Intermediate computer skills including previous experience using MS Word, Excel, PPT
? Minimum of High School Certificate with previous experience in a call center environment.
? Ability to focus attention for extended period of time
? Ability to efficiently multi-task which includes excellent organizational and time management skills.
? High level of written and verbal communication skills with the ability to read, analysis and interpret common periodicals and procedures.
? Demonstrated ability to develop training plans
? Demonstrated ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, co-workers and clients
? Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
? Confident, flexible with the ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
? High level of energy and self-motivation.
? Committed to provide excellent customer service at all times
? Experience preferred in the use of basic call center systems / Predictive Dialers / Live Monitoring Facilities
? Excellent English, both oral and writtern
