 Job Requirements:

-More than 15 years chassis tuning experience, at least 4 all new project/platform tuning.

-Expertise in vehicle dynamic, ride-handling performance development, include tuning in tire, shock absorber (continuous damping change preferred), spring(air spring preferred), steering, braking etc

-Vehicle engineering or mechanical, bachelor and above

-Be familiar with platform development process , regulation in china/Europe; Expertise in ride-handling subjective & objective standards and make evaluation

-Expertise in driving in proving ground.

-Responsible about delivery of ride-handing tuning performance, quality, timing.

-Work independently and communicate with different subsystem engineers

-Be able to write engineering documentations in Vehicle dynamic such as targets setting in vehicle, subsystem level, test planning, tuning report, subjective evaluation report, analysis report/ problem solving reports, advice to improve, etc;

-Lead young engineers to solve issues; other mission that N+1 assigned.

-Results oriented, open minded, passion to work in new founded company.

-具有15年以上底盘调校经验，至少4次全新项目/平台调试。

-在车辆动态、行驶操纵性能开发方面的专业知识，包括轮胎、减震器（优先选择连续阻尼可变）、弹簧（优先选择空气弹簧）、转向、制动等。

-车辆工程或机械专业，本科及以上学历

-熟悉中国/欧洲的平台开发流程、法规；具备驾驶操控主客观标准的专业知识，并进行评估

-有试验场驾驶专业执照。

-负责交付平顺性调节性能、质量、时间。

-独立工作，与不同的子系统工程师沟通

-能够在车辆动力学开发过程中编写工程文件，如车辆目标设定、子系统级、测试计划、调整报告、主观评价报告、分析报告/问题解决报告、改进建议等；

-带领年轻工程师解决问题；N+1分配的其他任务。
