GLAO Control(Associate, Technology & Operations)

Job Responsibilities:

• SH Support team aims to provide DBS with a professional, effective and responsive service that operates at optimal model, maintain awareness of the applicable regulatory and business environment.
• Preparing GLAO/Regulatory report and ensure the report are accurately and punctually submitted
• Implement on GLAO/Reporting automation and centralization project with internal and external partners
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the reporting
• Preparing of Management information report
• To be responsible for GLAO and Regulatory reporting
• To drive and execute process/system enhancement by understanding banking system and working closely with IT to continually improve work efficiency through task re-engineering

Job Requirements:

• University degree or above (Finance or Tech preferred)
• General accounting knowledge and banking experience
• Strong sense of responsibility and can work under pressure
• Good communication (English & mandarin) &interpersonal skills, detail-oriented
• 3 years working experience preferred
• Premium Excel skills and knowledge in PPT will be preferred
