Owning the TVC/Social video/Video editing/Radio Recoding/Print project /Print retouching on agency side and overseeing the delivery of numbers of external production projects through the entire development;

    

    

Providing production SOW and quotation, following financial process from initial bidding to final settlement.

    

    

Planing the production with creatives, reviewing and providing feedback on deliverables (e.g. milestone review, aligning production plan with roadmap, budgeting for spend, planning onsite and technical support, and informing partners of internal strategic changes,control the production timeline.

    

    

Working with multi-national partners to identify risks, technical queries and feasibility of feature requests by the suppliers and aligning it with project delivery plan as to apply to specific/regional market needs;

    

    

Understanding Creative’s vision, accurately conveying feedback to both production partners and account teams and ensuring that client’s needs are met.

Overseeing projects in post-production stage; ensuring schedules and deliverables meet defined objectives and quality standards.

    

    

Maintains ongoing dialogue with account, creative teams and clients to ensure mutual satisfaction with progress towards project goals.
