Description:

1. Contract with qualified suppliers for the needs of PR indicated.
2. Source the new purchasing channels to optimize purchasing price,goods quality, delivery time ,service,etc.
3. Monitor market price to avoid price inflation.
4. Provide commercial solutions to production,logistics , quality ,maintenance and engineering if necessary.
5. Audit suppliers to validate its conformance
6. Abide by company regulations, and focus on safety, quality, working discipline
7. Participate the trainings required to be competent for purchasing



Requirement:

Bachelor or above; major in Commerce/Management/Agricuture/Chemistry/Engineering/Science or other relativity.
At least 5 years in purchaseing;
Good written and read English.
