IT Application Analyst - SAP Systems SCM/MM/SD/PP


Job Summary

As an IT Application Analyst, by working with business users, you are responsible for providing users with best solutions to build a smooth supply chain process in Decathlon, taking advantage of your technical skills.


Key responsibilities:

Provide best service for our supply users
Collaborate with Global Business and Process teams to optimize existing supply chain processes through regular communication with International colleagues.
Analyse and report the trends of issues/defects generated weekly and monthly to define user training needs and solution optimization needed.
Diagnose issues and provide solutions to Supply Chain users.


Ensure the reliability and quality of our SAP systems
Execute and improve proactive monitoring solutions.
Identify & Analyse root cause/evolution, be autonomous of skills, process and documentation.
Participate in incident handling & issue troubleshooting.
Participate in validating the quality of new projects and version releases through Integration Tests, NRTs, UATs..


Participate in Global projects and facilitate the implementation
Participate in opening projects of new countries, warehouses and stores in Asia region.
Participate in Global Transformation projects and lead the rollout/implementation of new SAP modules in Asia.



If you are qualified with below requirements:
BS/BA in Computer Science or related discipline required.
3+ years of working experience on SAP modules (ECC, PP, MM, SD, APO, FMS..) or other ERP systems. SAP ABAP skill is a plus! :)
Proficient in oral and written communication in English is a MUST to effectively collaborate with international teammates.
Excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, customer-oriented.
Quick learning ability
Knowledge on Supply Chain processes prefered (Forecasting, Manufacturing, Master Data Management etc.).
Sport lover.

职位简介

作为IT工程师-应用系统（供应链方向），你将会借助自身的技术背景，与业务用户一起紧密合作，为他们提供***的支持、建议以及方案来进一步优化迪卡侬供应链流程。


主要职责

为供应链用户提供***的服务
需要与全球的业务和流程团队密切沟通与协作，优化现有的供应链流程
总结分析报告每周/每月产生的用户需求，定义用户培训和提供解决方案的优化
诊断问题并为供应链用户提供解决方案

确保ERP/ SAP系统的可靠性和质量
实施并优化主动监控解决方案
负责SAP的平台（供应链数据领域），保证平台的稳定、可靠，减少错误发生的数量，及时响应用户的的需求。建立相应处理流程及技术文档。
参与紧急事件的处理以及问题排查
通过集成测试，NRT和UAT等参与评估新项目和版本升级的质量。

参与全球的项目并辅助加速项目的落地与执行
参与在亚洲地区开设新的国家，仓库和商店的扩展项目
参与全球供应链革新项目，领导并负责在亚太地区的项目实施和上线。



任职要求：

计算机或相关专业，本科及以上
3+年SAP模块（ECC, PP, MM, SD, APO, FMS...）或其它ERP系统工作经验，有SAP ABAP 经验者优先。
流利的英语读写以及口语能力，能与全球各地的同事沟通和协作。
拥有出色的沟通能力、高度责任心、团队合作精神，以客户为中心
快速学习能力
了解供应链流程的知识更佳，如销售预测, 生产制造，Master Data管理等等
