2、为客户提供优质服务，跟进及解决客户投诉等问题。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历；

2、普通话标准，表达能力强，电脑运用熟练；

3、具有良好的服务意识和团队合作意识；

4、能适应翻班，承受一定的工作压力；

5、具有航空公司票台、呼叫中心等相关客户服务工作经验者优先。
